- Alistair Spalding
- Alistair Frank Spalding was born in Glasgow in 1981 but grew up in Preston. At Cardiff University he studied English Literature and Cultural Criticism, also doing modules in Creative Writing. After finishing University he moved to Norway, living in Bergen for a year where, amongst other things, he taught break dancing to school kids. From there it was Melbourne, Australia for another year where he first started working in bookstores. Now based in London, he publicises children's books for a living. Sweet. Alistair likes to write about himself in the third person.
